I've completed validation, so why hasn't the certificate been issued yet?

There are two reasons why an SSL certificate has not yet been issued:

1. The certificate needs to be synchronized, and sometimes you may need to wait for a while (for issuance time, please refer to How Long Does It Take to Issue a Certificate After Requesting One?)
2. The SSL certificate-related validation has not been completed, and you need to confirm whether the validation has been finished.
