Core Features of sslTrus CaaS
sslTrus CaaS provides a set of automated functions around the full lifecycle of certificates to help users manage certificates with ease.
Certificate Management
Supports full-process operations for SSL certificates, including:
- Request: Fill in information online and submit it automatically to the CA.
- Issuance: Automatically complete Domain Control Validation (DCV) and obtain certificates quickly.
- Reissue: Reissue certificates with one click when certificate information changes.
- Revocation: Quickly revoke certificates when needed to prevent misuse.
- The subscription service comes with one complimentary sslTrus DV SSL certificate by default, and you can also choose certificates of other types or brands.
Certificate Status Monitoring
- Validity monitoring: Continuously monitors whether certificates are available and whether they have been revoked (OCSP monitoring).
- CT Log monitoring: Monitors whether certificates for specified domains or subdomains are recorded in public Certificate Transparency Logs (CT Log), which is used to detect abnormal issuance and prevent malicious misuse of domains.
Certificate Scanning and Discovery
Proactively scans for SSL certificates in the network, monitors information such as their validity period and issuer, and automatically sends notifications before certificates expire to ensure no certificate is left unmanaged.
Automated Certificate Update and Deployment
- Automatic renewal: Submits renewal requests to the CA automatically before certificates expire through the built-in certificate update service (clmBot).
- Cloud push: After certificates are updated, they are automatically deployed to supported third-party cloud platforms (such as Alibaba Cloud CDN, Tencent Cloud, etc.).
- Local push: Through the clmBot client installed on the local network, certificates are securely pushed to intranet servers or devices to complete installation and updates.
