1. DNS Record Lookup Tool
The DNS record lookup tool is used to query all DNS records added under a domain name.

Basic lookup
- Enter the domain name (root domains and subdomains are supported)
- Select the record type you need to query (such as A record, NS record, MX record, etc.)
- Click the "Diagnose Now" button to obtain the corresponding DNS record information

When querying the IP address pointed to by a domain name
- Simply enter the domain name
- Select A as the record type
- Click the "Diagnose Now" button

When applying for an SSL certificate and completing Domain Control Validation (DCV) via DNS resolution
- Input: host record + domain name (make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces)
- Select CNAME or TXT as the record type (please refer to the specific record type displayed on the console after submitting the order)
- Click the "Diagnose Now" button
- If the queried record value matches the record value provided in the console, it means the resolution has taken effect, and Domain Control Validation (DCV) will be passed shortly.

Query CAA records
- Enter the domain name
- Select CAA as the record type
- Click the "Diagnose Now" button
When performing Domain Control Validation (DCV) for an SSL certificate application, if you find that DNS resolution has taken effect but Domain Control Validation (DCV) is not passed for a long time, you can check whether the issue is caused by a specified Certificate Authority (CA) in the CAA records.
2. Domain Blocking Detection Tool

The domain blocking detection tool is used to check whether a domain name can be accessed normally by users inside and outside China.
Usage instructions:
- Enter the domain name to be detected on the web page
- Click the "Query Now" button
- The system will quickly return information about whether the domain name is blocked globally
3. Whois Domain Information Lookup Tool
The Whois domain information lookup tool is a database used to check whether a domain name has been registered, as well as detailed information of the registered domain name (such as domain owner, domain registrar, domain registration date and expiration date, etc.).

Usage instructions:
- Enter the domain name to be queried on the web page
- Click the "Query Now" button to
- Obtain detailed information of the domain name, including registrar, registration time, expiration time, name servers, etc.
