[Change] The Validity Period of Code Signing Certificates from sslTrus, Sectigo, DigiCert and Other Brands Will Be Adjusted to 460 Days

To strictly comply with the CSC-31 proposal of the CA/Browser Forum, enhance security and meet compliance requirements, brand vendors including sslTrus, Sectigo, DigiCert and GlobalSign will successively adjust the maximum validity period of code signing certificates to 460 days. The specific adjustment schedule is as follows:

- The maximum validity period of code signing certificates adjusted by some brand vendors is one day shorter than the maximum validity period permitted by the CA/Browser Forum.

Scope of Impact
- Newly issued certificates: Starting from the adjustment date, the maximum validity period of all newly issued code signing certificates shall not exceed 460 days.
- Certificate reissuance: Starting from the adjustment date, the maximum validity period of all reissued code signing certificates shall not exceed 460 days.
- Existing certificates: Code signing certificates that have been issued and remain within their validity period will not be affected and can be used normally until their expiration date.
