Can I generate a certificate with an identical public key and private key?

Yes.

By using the CSR (Certificate Signing Request) and private key from the original certificate and submitting a reissue or renewal certificate request in the Racent console, you can generate a certificate with the same public key.

Please note that although the public key is identical, the certificate's validity period and fingerprint will be updated, so the two are separate certificate entities.
