Can a Sectigo EV code signing certificate be extracted to my existing UKey?

No, this is not supported.

After a Sectigo EV code signing certificate is issued, the CA (Certificate Authority) uniformly extracts the certificate and arranges mailing of a UKey. Customers are not supported to extract the certificate to an existing UKey device on their own.
