After purchasing a certificate, customers need to go to the console, locate the certificate list, fill in the application information and submit it.

The certificate will be issued after validation is completed. The order details page will display "Order Validity Period" and "Certificate Validity Period" separately.

Order Validity Period: Calculated from the moment the certificate is purchased, it covers the full multi-year duration of the certificate.

Certificate Validity Period: The validity period of the currently issued certificate, which is consistent with the validity period shown on the .crt file.

Example:

A two-year certificate was purchased on 2025.4.8, and the certificate was issued on 2025.4.10 after validation was completed.

Order Validity Period displayed: 2025.4.8 – 2027.4.8

Certificate Validity Period displayed: 2025.4.10 – 2026.5.10 (shows the validity period of the currently issued certificate, i.e., the validity period of the first-year certificate)
