SSL Certificate Refund Policy
SSL certificates come with an unconditional refund policy either after order placement or after issuance. Different brands have different refund rules. This article summarizes the refund policies for SSL certificates of various brands at different stages.
Cancellation Timeframes by Brand and Stage
Unconditional refunds are available under the following circumstances, and orders can be cancelled within the specified timeframes.

How to cancel an order placed (with no materials submitted)?
Orders placed on the Racent platform for which no application materials have been submitted can generally be cancelled at any time, and the fee will be refunded to your account balance. To cancel such orders, you need to operate in your account:
- Go to the Console
- SSL Certificates (note: not the orders page)
- Locate the order you need to cancel
- As shown in the image, the status shows "Not Submitted"
- Click "Submit Materials" to enter the materials submission page
- Click the "Cancel" button in the lower left corner to cancel the order.
If a price adjustment occurs, you may be required to submit information and complete issuance before the adjustment, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.)
How to cancel an order during issuance?
After placing an order, filling in the application materials and submitting them, you can cancel the order at any time during the issuance process, generally with no time limit. The fee will be refunded to your account balance. To cancel such orders, you need to operate in your account:
- Go to the Console
- SSL Certificates (note: not the orders page)
- Locate the order in application
- As shown in the image, the status shows "Applying"
- Click "Details" to enter the certificate details page
- Click the "Cancel Order" button to cancel the order
If a price adjustment occurs, you may be required to submit information and complete issuance before the adjustment takes effect; otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.)
How do I cancel an order after issuance?
After an order is issued, most vendors offer unconditional refunds within a specified period (refer to the unconditional refund table), and the fee will be returned to your account balance. To cancel such orders, you need to operate in your account:
- Go to the Console
- SSL Certificates (note that this is not the Orders page)
- Locate the issued order
- As shown in the image, the status will display "Issued"
- Click "Details" to enter the certificate details page
- Click the "Cancel Order" button to cancel the order.

If the certificate has exceeded the unconditional refund period specified by the vendor after issuance, the "Cancel Order" button will not appear on the certificate details page as shown below, meaning the order can no longer be cancelled.
