Can a Sectigo EV code signing certificate be extracted to an existing ukey?

No, this is not supported.

After a Sectigo EV code signing certificate is issued, the CA (Certificate Authority) will uniformly extract the certificate and arrange for ukey delivery by mail. Customers are not allowed to extract the certificate to their existing ukey devices on their own.
