How to Install a Root Certificate on macOS

1. Open Launchpad on your macOS system.

   

2. In the Launchpad search box, type Keychain Access and click Keychain Access.

   

3. On the Keychain Access page, click the Certificates tab.

   

4. Drag and drop the downloaded root certificate into the blank area of the Certificates page in Keychain.

5. Right-click the root certificate and click Get Info.

6. On the certificate info page, follow the instructions in the image below to select Always Trust.
