SSL Certificate Revocation Guide

This document mainly describes how to revoke an issued SSL certificate.

Logging In to Your Account​

  1. Enter https://www.racent.com/ Racent official website

  2. Click Log In, as shown in the figure

  3. After logging into the Racent Console, click the SSL Certificates option in the upper left corner

Select the certificate order​

  1. Find the certificate order that needs revocation

  2. Click the "Details" option next to that order

Certificate Revocation​

  1. After entering the certificate details, click the "Cancel Order" option.

    Note

    Can't find the "Cancel Order" option?

    The free refund period for the order has been exceeded: Different SSL certificate brands have different refund period rules. If the order has passed the free refund and revocation period, it can no longer be canceled self-service.

    If you need to continue revoking the certificate, please contact Human Customer Service to revoke the certificate. Certificates that have exceeded the refund period cannot be refunded and can only be revoked.

  2. After clicking "Cancel Order", the certificate will be revoked.
