[Announcement] Warning About Third Parties Falsely Using Our Company's Name for Fraudulent Solicitation

 Hello!

 Recently, our company has received reports from multiple users that third-party organizations have been falsely using the name of "Racent" or our partner certificate vendors to solicit certificate renewal and related services over the phone. Such behavior not only misleads users but also seriously disrupts normal service order. To protect the legitimate rights and interests of our users, our company hereby announces the following:

I. Description of the Phenomenon​

 According to user reports, such callers often claim to be "Beijing Zhongyu Yongxin" or use similar names, and commonly use scripts including but not limited to:

  • Falsely claiming to be an "SSL certificate vendor" or "Racent official after-sales partner";
  • Creating a sense of urgency by claiming that certificates are about to expire, that there are issues with intermediate chains, or that industry policies have changed;
  • Asking users to add them on WeChat and then guiding them to renew or perform other unnecessary operations.

II. Our Company's Position​

 Racent has never established any form of partnership with "Beijing Zhongyu Yongxin" or any organization with a similar name. All after-sales services for SSL certificates sold by our company are directly handled by our own professional team. We have never authorized or entrusted any third party to handle these services on our behalf. Please do not be misled.

III. Security Tips and Suggestions​

 If you receive such calls, please remain vigilant. We recommend verifying through the official channels below before taking any further action. At the same time, please properly safeguard your domain management permissions, server accounts, certificate private keys, and other critical information. Never provide them to unverified third parties to avoid information leakage or other potential risks.
