Can bidding documents be used to complete organization validation?

During the SSL certificate organization validation process, in addition to the contact information registered on CA-recognized third-party platforms, some certificate brands also allow validation using the phone number listed on bidding documents:

1. Sectigo/sslTrus/Positive: Supports validation using bidding documents registered on Biaozhaozhao or Qichacha.
2. sslTrus China Root: Supports validation using bidding documents listed on the official website or Qichacha.

Information

1. The organization name listed on the bidding document must be exactly the same as the organization name applying for the certificate.
2. The bidding document must clearly show the address of the applying organization.
3. The date of the bidding document must be within one year prior to the certificate application date.
