Why hasn't the certificate been issued even after I completed the validation?

There are two reasons why an SSL certificate has not been issued:

1. The certificate needs to be synchronized, and you may need to wait for a while (for issuance timelines, please refer to "How Long Does It Take to Issue a Certificate After Submission").
2. The required SSL certificate-related validations have not been completed. You need to confirm whether the validations have been fully finished.
