How to unblock international incoming calls?

• China Mobile: You can dial 10086 to reach customer service and request to disable the international and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan number segment interception feature; or follow the WeChat official account "中国移动高频骚扰电话防护" (China Mobile High-Frequency Harassment Call Protection), go to Service Settings, select Harassment Interception Settings, and turn off interception for international and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan number segments. You can also send the SMS "QXGJLH" to 10086 to deactivate the international call service.
• China Unicom: Edit and send the SMS "1901" to 10010, and reply "No" to the secondary confirmation prompt to cancel the deactivation of international and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan incoming call interception; or follow the WeChat official account "机伶" (Jiling), click "Smart Anti-Harassment" under "My Jiling", log in with your mobile number, and turn off interception for international and Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan incoming calls. You can also go to Services > Handle in the "China Unicom APP" and disable the "Receive Overseas Incoming Calls" feature.
• China Telecom: Dial 10000 to reach customer service and turn off international long-distance call interception; or follow the WeChat official account "天翼防骚扰" (Tianyi Anti-Harassment), go to Smart Interception Settings under Service Settings, and turn off international long-distance call interception.
